The Scope Of The Order To Be Performed Includes: A) Successive Delivery Of Reagents Along With The Lease Of Analyzers For Testing The Acid-Base Balance And Critical Parameters For The 105Th Borderland Military Hospital With The Sp Zoz Outpatient Clinic In Żary In The Quantities And Range Specified In Annex No. 7, Assortment And Price Form. B) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Reagents For 30,000 Determinations Along With The Lease Of Three Analyzers For Testing The Acid-Base Balance And Critical Parameters Of The Same Type From One Manufacturer. C) The Contractors Obligations Will Include The Successive Delivery Of Reagents In The Quantities And Range Specified In The Form. Assortment And Price, Constituting Annex No. 7 (Package A, B, C) To The Swz, And The Lease Of 3 Analyzers For Testing Acid-Base Balance And Critical Parameters Along With Full Service And Application Support, Described In Detail In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Offered Analyzers Must Meet The Limit Parameters According To Annex 8.
