The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Public Drinking Water Service Concession Over The Scope And Deadlines Mentioned Below: From January 1, 2025 “Juine Sector” - Auvers-Saint-Georges - Bouray-Sur-Juine - Chamarande - Janville-Sur-Juine - Lardy - Villeneuve-Sur-Auvers From July 1, 2027 Etrechy Sector - Etréchy From January 1, 2031 Boissy Le Cutte Sector - Boissy-Le-Cutté The Concessionaires Obligations Relate To: - Operation, Maintenance, Monitoring, Repairs Of All Installations (Works, Networks And Network Accessories, Connections, Meters) Of The Drinking Water Service Made Available By The Community, - Monitoring And Control Of The Quality Of The Water Produced And Distributed, The Search For Anomalies Likely To Disrupt The Proper Functioning Of The Service And The Resorption Of These Situations Within The Limits Defined By The Contract, - The Carrying Out Of The Work Defined By This Contract, Charged To The Dealer And Its Subsequent Amendments, Namely, The Maintenance Work Of All The Installations And The Renewal Work Of The Installations, - The Management Of Relations With Users Of The Service Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, - The Management Of Unpaid Debts
