Supporting Services For The Government – Collection Of The Statistical Survey On The Working Hours Of Road Freight Transport Drivers By Reading Tachographs, Known As The “Chronotachograph Survey”. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Collect The Statistical Survey On The Working Hours Of Road Freight Transport Drivers By Reading Tachographs, Known As The “Tachograph Survey”. Collection Operations Will Be Carried Out Each Year From 2025 To 2027. For A Year N, The Survey Is Divided Into Two Successive Phases. Initially, During The First Four Months Of The Year Whose Main Activity Is The Road Transport Of Goods. For This First Part, Called The Preliminary Part, The Sample Includes Approximately 2,700 Establishments Located In France (Excluding Mayotte), Representing Approximately 32,000 Drivers. Secondly, Between May And September Of Year N, The Main Objective Is To Collect Digital Tachograph Data From Year N-1 Of Heavy Goods Vehicle Drivers Selected From Among The Respondents To The Preliminary Part Of The Survey. This Second Part Of The Survey Also Makes It Possible To Collect Additional Information On The Selected Drivers. The Collection Of Tachographs Is Carried Out From A Sample Of Approximately 650 To 700 Establishments Located In France (Excluding Mayotte), Surveyed On A Sample Of Approximately 3,500 To 4,000 Of Their Drivers. The Samples Are Provided By The Administration. The Collection Of Both Parts Of The Survey Is Carried Out By Post With The Possibility Of Responding Via A Secure Website Developed By The Holder. The Questionnaires Are Personalized, Printed, Put In Envelopes And Sent To The Sample Establishments. The Responses Collected Via The Internet Feed A Database Designed And Hosted By The Holder. Responses Returned By Post Or Email Are Entered By The Holder In This Database. In The Absence Of A Response, The Establishments Are Contacted By Post, Then By Telephone. A Minimum Usable Response Rate Must Be Achieved In Each Stratum Of The Sample. The Administration Will Provide Initialization Data Which Is Presented In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp).
