The Region Of Southern Denmark Is Requesting A Citizen-Oriented Digital Solution, Which Is To Be Used For Digital Support Of Patient Processes And Communication Between Patients/Relatives Who Are In Contact With The Regions Hospitals. The Citizen-Oriented Digital Solution Must Be Delivered With Open Interfaces That Enable It To Be Easily Integrated Into Relevant Solutions In Rsd. There Must, Among Other Things, Integrated Into The Regions Electronic Patient Record (Epj Syd), As Well As The Solution Used In Rsd For Collecting Patient Reported Information (Pro). Although The Solution Consists Of Different Sub-Components, The Ambition Is That The Patients In Region Southern Denmark Should Experience The Citizen-Oriented Digital Solution As One Coherent Solution. The Solution Must, Among Other Things, Give Patients And Relatives Who Are In Contact With The Regions Hospitals The Opportunity To: • Get An Overview Of Their Appointments At The Hospital • Get Relevant Information Material Sent Out • Conduct Video Calls • Get Access To Their Journal Notes • Get Access To Being Able To Send Messages To The Departments That They Have A Course Of Treatment Of • Get Help To Find Their Way When They Need To Be Examined/Treated In A Hospital. Likewise, The Clinical Departments Must Be Able To Communicate With Patients In Progress, As Well As Send Out Questionnaires Etc. The Tendered Object Is Described In More Detail In The Contract And Associated Annexes, Including Annex 3 – Delivery Description. The Offered Solution Is To Replace The Regions Existing Citizen-Oriented Solution, And It Is Expected That The Solution Will Be Expanded To Include More Functional Areas Over The Coming Years. Region Southern Denmark Has Approx. 25,000 Employees And There Are Approx. 1.2 Million Residents, A Large Proportion Of Whom Are In Contact With The Regions Hospitals Every Year, And Thus Potential Users Of The Solution. The Existing Mit Sygehus Løsning Has Just Over 2,000 Clinical Users Per Month, And Approx. 3,500 Citizens Per Day. It Is Expected That The Citizen-Directed Digital Solution Will Spread To A Significantly Greater Extent Both In Relation To Clinicians And Citizens In Region Southern Denmark.
