The Land L(I)Eben Project Is Supported By Grants From The Federal Ministry Of Housing, Urban Development And Construction (Bmwsb) And The Kreditanstalt Für Wiederaufbau (Kfw) As Part Of The Guideline “Model Projects Smart Cities: Urban Development And Digitalization (436)”. As Part Of Phase 2 (Implementation), The Integrated Measure “Lovable Kuselerland” Is To Be Implemented Via Different Sub-Projects And The Desired Goals Are To Be Achieved. A Sub-Project Of The “Lovable Kuselerland” Measure Is Called “Kulturschätze.Digital”. The Aim Of The Sub-Project Is To Enrich Existing Analog Offerings Of Regional Cultural Heritage By Linking Them With New Digital Media And Thus Make Local Customs And The Stories Behind The Objects Visible. For This Purpose, Digital Experiences Are To Be Realized In Various Museums In The Kusel District. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Develop An Overarching Overall Concept Or Storyline For All Individual, Digital Experiences. In Addition, The Existing Rough Thematic Concepts For The First Six Museums Are To Be Fleshed Out Into Detailed Concepts In Terms Of Content, Technology And Media, And The Designed Content Is To Be Implemented As A Digital Experience In The Museums. These Detailed Concepts Should Be Aligned With The Content Of The Museums And Fit Harmoniously Into The Overall Concept. The Experiences Must Be Individually Tailored To The Circumstances, Challenges And Exhibition Content Of The Individual Museums. The Digital Experiences Should Be Realized Based On Augmented Reality And Include A Media Mix (E.G. Animations, Audios, Videos, Mini-Games, Etc.). The Digital Experiences Are To Be Implemented Across Several Experience Stations In The Museums. This Requires The Conceptual And Media Structure, The Selection Of Locations In The Respective Museums And The Technical And Design Implementation, Including Content Production. The Content Should Consist Of Both Existing And New Media To Be Produced. The Individual Experiences Or Experience Stations Should Be Expandable With Media Even After The Initial Implementation In The Museums. In Addition, The Bidder Must Design, Implement And Operate The Technical Implementation Of The Digital Experiences As Ar Applications. Another Service To Be Provided Is The Implementation Of The Experience Stations Or The Entire Digital Experience In The Six Museums, Including The Creation, Design And Installation Of Markers And Signage.
