It Is A Protected Structure Under The Clonmel And Environs Development Plan 2013-2019. Rps Reference 68 (Military Barracks Complex) And Rps Reference 69 (Main Entrance Gateway). The Existing Stone Wall Onto Dillon Street Forms Part Of The Military Barracks Complex Protected Structure And Its Retention And Consolidation As Required As The Western Site Boundary Will Need To Be Integrated Into The Overall Site Works.The Main Building Will Range From 2 To 3 To 4 Storeys In Height. The Finished Floor Level Will Be Plus 20.50M To Take Account Of The Site’S Flood Risk Potential With An Additional 500Mm Freeboard To Account For Climate Change.
