Expression of Interest For Construction Of The Ecreee Headquarters

Expression of Interest are invited for Construction of the ECREEE Headquarters. The Government of Cabo Verde has made available an 8005.45 m² plot of land in Palmarejo Grande, Praia, Cabo-Verde (zone K) for the construction of the ECREEE headquarters, following the memorandum of understanding signed on January 8th 2015 between the parties. The site, ideally located next to the Center for Renewable Energy and Industrial Maintenance of Cabo Verde (CERMI), the University of Cabo Verde (UniCV) and the ELECTRA SA Electricity and Water Supply Company of Cabo Verde, provides an opportunity to set up an ECOWAS Sustainable Energy Technopole, as well as to establish the headquarters of ECREEE and other ECOWAS offices. To ensure a proper scoping and definition of needs, considering the ambitions of ECREEE and the requirements of the host country, ECREEE intends to shortlist an individual consultants to scope and define the program of works for the construction of this modern building infrastructure named "ECOWAS SUSTAINABLE ENERGY TECHNOPOLE" in Praia, Cabo Verde.
