It identifies the scope, type and nature of this solution and requests information on the Vendors capability, procedures and reference sites. ENZs current vendor provides the majority of services for their computing environment, including service and environment management. With the upcoming expiry of the current arrangement, ENZ wishes to approach the market to ensure they have the correct solution and supplier for the organisation at this time and for the foreseeable future.
