It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Application Maintenance Service For The Luc Peppi System. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Application Maintenance Service For The Production, Demo And Test Environments Of The Lapland University Groups (Luc) Peppi System Complex. Laplands Higher Education Group Has One Common Peppi System In Use. In The Common Peppi System, The Luc Group Has The Additional Functionality Of Joint Use (Multi-Organizational Support), Which Allows The University And The University Of Applied Sciences To Use Peppi For The Joint Planning Functions Of An Education Organizer, Which Enables The Planning Of Joint Resources (Facilities, People), Joint Teaching (Teaching Cooperation) And Joint Curricula (Curriculum Cooperation) And Implementation. In Addition To The Common Planning System, The Peppi System Complex Contains Two Basic Registers, Which Contain Student And Study Performance Information For Each University. In Addition To The Peppi Version Produced By The Peppi Consortium, The Subscribers Peppi System Package Includes Changes To The Peppi Source Code Owned By The Subscriber And Integrations Owned By The Subscriber. The Application Administrator Is Responsible For The Maintenance And Further Development Of Peppi Changes And Integrations Owned By The Subscriber, According To The Subscribers Needs, As Part Of The Peppi Application Maintenance. The Application Administrator Is Responsible For Keeping The Source Code Owned By The Subscriber, Related To The Peppi System Complex, In Its Own Source Code Management System, And For Combining The Peppi Changes Owned By The Subscriber With The Versions Published By The Peppi Consortium. In The Next Few Years, The Customers Goal Is To Reduce The Share Of Its Own Source Code In The Peppi System As Small As Possible And To Utilize The Results Of The Peppi Consortiums Joint Development Work With Regard To The Functionality Of Interoperability. The Further Development Of The Functionality Is Included In The Software Development Release Plan Of The Peppi Consortium For The Year 2024. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Joint Procurement Of Lappin Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy And The University Of Lapland, Where The Procurement Unit Is The University Of Lapland (Hereinafter The Procurement Unit Or The Client). The University Of Lapland Owns The Majority Of Shares In Lapland University Of Applied Sciences Oy. The Procurement Unit Concludes A Service Contract With The Selected Supplier. The Content Of The Application Maintenance Service Of The Luc Peppi System Complex Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Service Description Of The Request For Tender. The Environments, Plugins And Integrations Of The Customers Peppi System Complex Are Described In Appendix 14 Technical Description Of The Customers Peppi Environments And Division Of Maintenance Responsibilities. The Purpose Of The Description Is To Help The Bidders Form An Understanding Of The Functionality Currently Used By The Customer And In The Process Of Being Put Into Use, As Well As Their Operating Environments For The Purpose Of Preparing The Offer. Appendix 14 Is Provided Only Upon Separate Request. See Section Additional Information On The Procurement Procedure. The Service Agreement Does Not Contain Volume Purchase Obligations And Does Not Give The Service Provider The Exclusive Right To Provide The Service To The Subscriber.
