The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Services That Consist In The Development Of Project Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Accommodation Departments And Other Premises Of The Domov U Bi i ka Building Ypsilonka (Y) And The Reduction Of The Energy Demand Of The Y Building. Domov U Bi i ky Is Implementing A Gradual Reduction In Capacity Due To The Humanization Of The Building From 1965, Which Structurally Does Not Correspond To The Modern Provision Of Social Services. The Density Of Clients In The Department Is So High That It Does Not Correspond To The Parameters Of Comfortable Living And Use Of Space And Acceptable Conditions For Staff Work. This Is A Building That Still Has Shared Bathrooms And Toilets. From The Current 340 Beds, The Capacity Will Decrease To The Resulting 262 Beds In 2028, I.E. 77% Of The Capacity In 2022. In 2025, When There Will Be A Decrease Of 28 Beds, The Renovation Of Individual Households Will Begin. The Project Documentation Should Include The Reconstruction (Renovation) Of The U Bi i ka Home Of The Ypsilonka Building From -1St Floor To 5Th Floor (Except For The 6Th Floor), Especially The Accommodation Departments, The Processing Of Documentation For Reducing The Energy Demand Of The Building And The Processing Of The Resulting Documentation In The Sense Of The Documentation For Implementation Construction (Dps) And Interior Documentation, Which Will Also Meet All The Legislative Requirements Of The Documentation For The Subsequent Procurement Procedure. The Design Solution Must Enable Construction Works To Be Carried Out In A Total Of 7 Stages With The Possibility Of Partial Approval After Each Stage. Implementation Of Construction Works In 5 Stages By Individual Floors (-1Pp Combined With 1St Floor, 2Nd Floor, 3Rd Floor, 4Th Floor, 5Th Floor), The 6Th Stage Will Be A Reduction In The Energy Demand Of The Building (External Insulation, Replacement Of Windows And Balcony Doors, Roof And Other Modifications), 7 Stage Will Be The Reconstruction And Repair Of Escape Towers With Outdoor Fire Escapes. Individual Stages Will Also Be Budgeted.
