It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – It Services For Data Center Operations. As Part Of This Procurement Process, The Contribution Service Intends To Award A Framework Agreement With Just One Company For The Procurement Of It Services (Helping Hands) In Connection With The Operation Of The Data Center. The Contribution Service Assumes An Annual Order Volume Of Around 4,800 Hours In Total. In Total, The Client Is Entitled To Request A Maximum Of 24,000 Hours. This Maximum Amount Is Expected To Be Divided Over The Four-Year Total Term As Follows: 18,000 Hours During The Three-Year Fixed Term And 6,000 Hours For The Extension Option. However, There Is No Obligation For The Client To Accept The Goods. The Annual Order Volume Is Subject To Fluctuations And Can Therefore Be Exceeded Or Undershot. The Focus Of The Service Provision Is Expected To Be On Operational Support In The Areas Of Windows And Linux As Well As In The Area Of Network And Storage (Helping Hands) And Is Therefore Required In The Service Areas Listed Below: - Workplace And Network Service Area - Operating Systems And Operating Service Area - Production Control And Databases Service Area - Application And Collaboration Service Area Based On The Framework Agreement, The Respective Specific Needs Of The Contribution Service In The Service Areas Listed Above Should Be Covered On An Ad-Case Basis Throughout The Entire Contract Term Within The Framework Of Individual Requests. The Specific Tasks To Be Carried Out As Well As The Respective Duration And Location Of The Service Provision Will Be Determined In The Respective Individual Request After The Framework Agreement Has Been Concluded. In Each Of The Service Areas Listed Above, The Contractor Has General Operational Services In The Areas Of - Incident Management - Problem Management - Change Management - Configuration Management - Capacity Management - Security Management. As Well As The Subject-Specific Tasks Specified In Individual Requests For Each Service Area. For Details On The Specialist Tasks To Be Performed For Each Service Area, Please Refer To The Service Description (Tender Documents, Part B). In Order To Provide The Advertised It Services, The Contractor Must Have The Following Skills For Each Service Area: - Junior Level With At Least Three Years Of Professional Experience In Data Center Operation - Senior Level With At Least Seven Years Of Professional Experience In Data Center Operation The Technical Skills Specifically Defined In The Individual Call Are Based On The Submitted Personnel Profile Used For Evaluation Using An Overall View. In Addition, An Interview Will Be Conducted With The Experts Offered Individually, Which Will Also Be Used For The Evaluation (See Part A, Section 17 Of The Award Conditions).
