This Request For Proposals Is An Invitation By British Columbia Assessment Authority (“Bc Assessment”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For A Desk Booking Application (The “Services”) As Set Out In [Section1 Of Appendixd] And Elsewhere In The Rfp. The Purpose Of The Rfp Is To Select A Desk Booking Application That:Enables The Reservation Of A Workspace In An Office, For Various Periods Of Time, To Help Leverage In-Person Opportunities For Collaboration And Connection.Space Management Capabilities Including Reporting To Identify Trends (Individual And Aggregate) In Employee Workplace Locations From Past, Present And Future, Floor Plan Uploads And Visualization, And Navigation, Enabling Decision-Making On Policies, Procedures, Facilities Planning, Hybrid Work Schedule Adoption And Resource Allocation.Bc Assessment Anticipates Entering Into A Three-Year Agreement With The Selected Proponent With Two Three-Year Options To Renew At Bc Assessment’S Discretion.
