1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Within Tbs Located On Plot No. 48, District 39, At Ul. Łódzka In Częstochowa - Building B.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Turnkey, Single-Staircase Residential Building With Four Above-Ground Floors With An Elevator Inside The Staircase, Parking Spaces And Landscaping, With Residential Premises With The Following Parameters: A) Building Area: 488.47 M², B) Usable Area: 1,601.18 M², C) Total Volume: 6,400.00 M³, Including Internal Installations, Connections And Land Development. 3. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bills Of Quantities - Appendices From No. 7.1. To No. 7.6. To Swz, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annexes No. 8.1. To No. 8.4. To Swz, Construction Designs - Annexes No. 9.1. To No. 9.5. To Swz And Geotechnical Opinion - Annex No. 11 To Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation. This Documentation Is An Attachment To The Swz And The Announcement Of The Proceedings And Is Available On The Website Of The Proceedings. If The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Or Bills Of Quantities Indicate In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, They Do Not Constitute A Reference. For The Ordering Party Or A Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Should Not Take Them Into Account When Preparing The Offer. 4. When Reporting The Completion Of The Works, The Contractor Will Submit, In A Permanently Bound Form, All Documents Related To The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including: 1) Instructions (In Polish) For The Use, Operation And Operation Of The Installed Devices, 2) Warranty Documents Along With The Warranty Conditions All Installed Devices, 3) As-Built Documentation For Each Industry Separately, 4) Other Documents Collected During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Relating To Its Implementation.5. Attention! The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Attachments To This Tor Are Only Supporting Material For The Contractor In Determining The Lump Sum Price. The Quantities And Descriptions Of Individual Items In The Bill Of Quantities Should Not Be Treated As Definitively Defining The Requirements For A Given Work. Even If The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Include The Entire Scope Of Works, The Works Must Be Valued And Performed In Accordance With: - Construction Designs, - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And Applicable Technical Regulations, - Technical Knowledge, - Provisions In This Swz, In Therefore, Before Commencing The Proceedings, The Contractor May Carry Out A Local Inspection Of The Places Where The Works Will Be Performed. Carrying Out A Site Visit Is Not Obligatory. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Will Not Be Rejected. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.6. Acting In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractors To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Including: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That All Persons Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Who Will Perform Actual Activities, I.E. Construction Worker - Occupation Code 71, According To The Classification Of Professions And Specialties Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of August 7, 2014 On The Classification Of Professions And Specialties For The Needs Of The Labor Market And The Scope Of Its Application, Related To The Subject Of The Contract Described In The Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb And Construction Projects, Were Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship; 2) The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs The Above-Mentioned Persons For The Duration Of The Order. If The Employment Relationship Is Terminated Before The End Of This Period, The Employee Undertakes To Immediately Employ Another Person In His Place.
