Technical Parameters Of The Building: Length – 11.00 M; Width – 12.68 M; Height To The Ridge – 7.17 M; Building Area – 139.48 M2; Usable Area – 117.17 M2; Cubic Capacity – 707.00 M3. Building Structural Elements: Foundation Footings, Footings And Walls - Poured Reinforced Concrete Footings And Footings, Wet-Poured Concrete Foundation Walls; External Walls - Made Of 24 Cm Thick Aerated Concrete Blocks, Insulated With Styrofoam. 12 Cm And Finished With Plaster; Load-Bearing Internal Walls - Made Of 24 Cm Thick Aerated Concrete Blocks; Partition Walls – Made Of 12 Cm Thick Aerated Concrete Blocks; Gable Roof, Wooden Structure, Covered With Metal Tiles. Roof Covered With Natural-Colored Metal Tiles On Wooden Battens; Typical Wooden Or Pvc Window And Door Joinery According To The List. Electric Heating.
