The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Execution Of The Basic Order, Including The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Thermal Modernization And Reconstruction Of Technical Infrastructure, Along With An Energy And Lighting Audit Of The Buildings Of The Secondary School Complex No. 2 At Ul. Romana Dmowskiego 38E In Piotrk w Trybunalski, In Accordance With The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And The Submitted Offer.2) Execution Of An Optional Order The Optional Order Involves The Authors Supervision (In All Industries) Of The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation, Described In Detail In 4. The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Submit A Declaration Of Exercise Of The Option Right No Later Than Within 48 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Basic Order. The Declaration Of Exercise Of The Option Shall Be Submitted In Writing.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Total Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles In The Motor Vehicle Fleet Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law Used In The Performance Of This Task Was At Least 10%, In Accordance With Art. 68 Section 3 From Art. 36A Of The Act Of 11 January 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels.
