Tenders Are Invited For Carrying Out Post-Consolidation Development As Part Of The Implementation Of The Operation Titled Consolidation Of Land In The Antopol District, Podedwórze Commune, Parczew Poviat, Lublin Voivodeship - Construction Of An Additional Road.

1. The Order Includes, In Particular, The Execution Of The Following Stages: Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of Road No. 15 (Indicated In The Fup) And Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits To Carry Out The Works. Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Road No. 15 In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Developed Design Documentation And The Functional And Utility Program. Attention! The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 Was Developed For The Entire Scope Of Post-Consolidation Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Order Only In The Scope Of Road No. 15. As Part Of The First Stage, All Studies That May Be Necessary For The Design, Construction And Use Of The Facilities Should Be Prepared. Included In The Subject Of The Order. In Particular, The Following Designs And Documents Should Be Developed (If The Need For Their Implementation Results From Applicable Legal Provisions): 1) Situational And Elevation Maps For Design Purposes, 2) Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Buildings, 3) Design Materials For Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Special Regulations, 4) Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Special Regulations On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 5) Construction Design With All Elements, 6) Obtaining Consents And Permits To Carry Out Construction Works On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 7) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Corresponding To The Solutions Of The Construction Design, 8) Bills Of Quantities, 9) As-Built Documentation, 10) As-Built Maps, As-Built Geodetic Inventory, 11) Obtaining Consents And Permits For The Use Of Constructed Buildings On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Second Stage Construction Of Road No. 15 With A Crushed Aggregate Surface With A Length Of Approx. 1,000 Km Should Be Carried Out.
