The Contractor Accepts The Task In Question To The Extent Provided For By The Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. The Task Concerns The Implementation Of Investor Supervision In The Field Of Road Engineering.3. The Material Scope Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities.4. The Contractors Duties Include In Particular: 4.1 Performing The Duties Of A Supervision Inspector In Accordance With The Provisions, In Particular Art. 25 And 26 Pb, 4.2 Ensuring Correct And Timely Implementation Of The Investment, 4.3 Checking The Completeness And Correctness Of Documents Prepared By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Works (Including Financial Settlements), In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract With The Contractor, 4.4 Representing The Ordering Party On The Construction Site In All Technical Matters Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, 4.5 Ongoing Resolution Of Technical Construction Problems, 4.6 Agreeing With The Ordering Party On Any Changes Regarding The Value And Scope Of Supervised Works, 4.7 Informing The Ordering Party About The Progress Of The Works And Any Circumstances That May Affect The Extension Of The Deadline And Change In The Costs Of Investment Implementation, 4.8 Checking Correctness Of The Material Scope Of The Works Performed And Its Compliance With The Contract Concluded Between The Investor And The Contractor And The Contractor And The Subcontractors, 4.9 Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Field Of Project Administration: Providing Information On The Progress Of The Works In Financial And Material Terms (Checking Lists Of Partially Completed Works, In Material And Financial Terms), Information About Threats, Conflicts On The Construction Site, Etc., 4.10 Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participation In Tests And Technical Acceptances (Including Those Conducted By Network Operators), 4.11 Confirmation Of Completed Works As A Basis To Pay The Contractors Remuneration, 4.12 Participation In The Final Acceptance And Confirmation Of The Removal Of Defects And Faults Indicated In The Acceptance Report, 4.13 Checking The Completeness And Correctness Of The Acceptance Report, Participating In The Final Acceptance, 4.14 Checking The Pre-Acceptance Documents Prepared By The Contractor, Within The Scope Of Investor Supervision ,4.15 Confirmation Of The Date Of Completion Of The Works, 4.16 The Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Quality Of Materials And Works, As Well As Equipment On An Ongoing Basis, With The Quality And Standards Corresponding To The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, As Well As Consistent With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Terms Of Reference Of The Order, And In Particular Prevent The Contractor From Using Defective Products And Construction Materials That Are Not Approved For Trading And Use In Construction.4.17 The Contractor, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Obtain From The Construction Manager And Provide The Ordering Party With A Safety Mark Certificate, Declarations Of Conformity Or A Certificate Of Compliance With Poland A Standard Or Technical Approval Regarding The Offered And Used Materials And Devices. 4.18 Organizing And Participating In Coordination Meetings (Construction Council) On Working Days From Office Hours, I.E. Monday 8:00-16:00, Tuesday To Friday 7:30-15:30 And Ensuring The Implementation Of The Arrangements And Decisions Made At The Construction Council, 4.19 Preparing Current Photographic Documentation During The Works, At Every Stage Of The Works, 4.20 Providing Written Opinions On Proposals For Changes In Manufacturing Technology And Materials Proposed By The Contractor And The Ordering Party, 4.21 Checking The Quality Of Construction Works And Construction Products Before Their Installation, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Devices And Construction Products That Are Not Approved For Use In Construction Or Do Not Meet The Required Technical Parameters, 4.22 Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Enforcing The Provisions Of The Construction Contract, 4.23 Participating With The Ordering Party In The Acceptance Of The Task, 4.24 Handling The Warranty Period And Warranty Period: Participation In Warranty Inspections, Inspection Of The Removal Of Defects By The Construction Contractor.
