1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Buildings, Outdoor Paved Areas And Green Areas Managed By The Municipal Housing Authority In Radom In Sector I. A Detailed List Of Areas Divided Into Individual Buildings Is Included In Annex No. 1.1 To The Contract. . The Basic Part Of The Order (Without The Right To Option) Will Be Provided: - In The Area 3,771 M2 In Note Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Internal Surfaces Of Buildings; - On An Area Of 18,174 M2 In The Case Of Maintaining Cleanliness Of External Hardened Surfaces; - On An Area Of 20,906 M2 In The Case Of Maintaining The Cleanliness Of External Green Surfaces. According To Surface Condition As At The Date Of Announcement.2. During The Implementation Of The Future Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Resources Specified In Annex No. 1.1 To The Contract Due To Their Sale, Exclusion Of Buildings From Use, Acceptance Of New Properties Into Management, Etc. Therefore, The Ordering Party Takes Advantage Of The Option To Apply The Option Right Referred To Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Act Established The Minimum And Maximum Amount Of Space In Buildings, External Paved Areas And Green Areas Where Services Were To Be Provided. During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Expects To Reduce The Resource By A Maximum Of 20% In Relation To The Area Referred To In Point 1.3. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Buildings, Maintaining Proper Sanitary Condition And Maintaining The Areas, I.E. Periodic Mowing Of Grass, Maintenance Of Hedges, Keeping Sidewalks, Streets And Parking Lots Clean, And In Winter, Regular Cleaning Of Sidewalks From Snow, Ice And Mud. The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template - Annex No. 7 To The Swz And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Contract.
