Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Includes A Set Of Activities Ensuring Constant And Uninterrupted Collection Of Rainwater Discharged From The Surface, In Particular The Unblocking, Repairs And Maintenance Of The Storm Sewage System And Drainage Ditches In The Area Managed By The District Roads Authority In Opole, Which The Ordering Party May Commission In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Bill Of Quantities In As Part Of Individual Tasks (Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz Order). The Scope Of Services Related To The Execution Of The Order Includes: 1. Reconstruction Of Roadside Ditches With Transport Of Soil Over A Distance Of Up To 5 Km (Volume Of Excavation Per 1 Meter Of Ditch - 0.4 M3) , 2. Maintenance (Renovation) Of Roadside Ditches With Profiling Of Slopes And The Bottom Of The Ditch With Soil Transport Up To 5 Km Thick. Silt Up To 30 Cm, 3. Maintenance (Renovation) Of Roadside Ditches With Profiling Of Slopes And The Bottom Of The Ditch With Soil Transport At A Distance Of Up To 5 Km - Thickness. Silt Over 30 Cm, 4. Strengthening The Bottom Of The Ditch With Concrete, 5. Strengthening The Bottom Of The Ditch With Crushed Stone, 6. Strengthening The Slopes Of The Ditch With Openwork Concrete Slabs, 7. Construction Of A Sewage Well 500 With A Heavy-Duty Street Inlet, 8. Height Adjustment Of Manholes For Underground Facilities (Grids, Manholes) Without Replacing The Cover (Manhole, Grate), 9. Height Adjustment Of Manholes For Underground Facilities (Grids, Manholes) With Replacing The Cover With A New One (Manhole, Grate) And Finishing With Bituminous Mass, 10. Construction Of A Sewer From Thick Prefabricated Concrete Elements. 15 Cm On A Concrete Footing (Including Cutting The Edge Of The Road And Dismantling The 5 Cm Thick Bitumen Surface With A 15 Cm Thick Crushed Stone Foundation), 11. Construction Of A Sewage Channel 200, 12. Covering The Existing Inspection Well (Underground Slab + Manhole), 13. Replacement Of A Dn1000 Concrete Inspection Well With A Class D400 Manhole, 14. Cleaning Rainwater Street Inlets And Removing Waste And Sludge, 15. Cleaning Of Rainwater Street Inlets, Unblocking The Sewer And Removing Waste And Sludge, 16. Cleaning The Sewage Well, Including Removing Waste And Sludge, 17. Television Inspection Of Rainwater Drains (Without Cleaning), 18. Cleaning The Sewerage Network Or Culvert, 19. Unblocking The Sewage System With A Specialized, High-Pressure Vehicle. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Develop And Agree On An Appropriate Traffic Management Plan For The Duration Of The Works And Obtain The Approval Of The Opole Staroste, Road Signs Should Be From The Large Size Group, Made Of Type 2 Reflective Foil Or Foil Prismatic, - Construction And Maintenance Of Markings During The Works And Their Demolition After The Works Are Completed, - Ensuring Safe Crossing Of Pedestrians Through The Works Area, - Tidying Up The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area After The Works Are Completed. The Cost Of The Above Works Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Specified In Detail In Volumes Ii - V Of The Swz. The Detailed Scope And Requirements Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Bill Of Quantities (Pp) And In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiop), Constituting Annexes To This Specification Of Terms Of Contract (Swz). During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Of Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1605, As Amended), Consisting In The Performance Of Works Consistent With The Subject Of The Contract By The Contractor Under The Same Conditions Specified In Volume Ii Swz - Ppu (Including The Application Of Unit Prices Offered For The Basic Order And Included In The Bid Cost Estimate Attached To The Contractors Offer Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract), In The Case Of Execution Of The Contract For The Amount Specified In 3 Section 2 Of The Agreement Attached To These Proceedings Before The Deadline Specified In 2 Section 1 Of This Agreement. The Scope Of The Order Is Expected To Be Increased To 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Order Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Offer Cost Estimate (Option Value). The Ordering Party Makes The Exercise Of The Option Right Dependent On The Weather Conditions And The Availability Of Financial Resources. The Option Right Is An Entitlement Of The Ordering Party Which He May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims. The Condition For Activating The Option Right Is The Submission By The Ordering Party Of A Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right Within The Scope Specified By The Ordering Party, In Writing Under Pain Of Nullity. The Execution Of The Order Using The Option Right May Take Place Within The Contract Execution Date Specified In 2 Section 1 Of This Agreement. All Requirements Contained In The Contract And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Also Apply To The Execution Of The Order Under The Option Law. Exercising The Option Right Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract Or The Conclusion Of An Additional Contract On New Terms. The Quantities Of Works Given In The Offer Cost Estimate Are Indicative And Will Be Used To Determine The Offer Price, And In The Case Of The Most Advantageous Offer, To Determine The Approximate Value Of The Contract. The Size Of Individual Assortments Of Works Ordered Will Be In Accordance With Current Needs And Adequate To The Allocated Financial Resources, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of Works In Individual Assortments. The Actual Amount Of Remuneration Will Be Determined Based On Post-Construction Measurements Of The Works According To The Unit Prices Set In The Contractors Offer. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Works Performed For A Period Of Min. 18 Months (Applies To Items 1-13 Of The Bill Of Quantities). The Declared Warranty Period Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria: - Minimum Declared Warranty Period - 18 Months, - Maximum Declared Warranty Period - 24 Months.
