Tenders Are Invited For Creation Of A Project For The Festive Lighting Of Streets And Shopping Squares In The City Of Li ge In 2024, 2025, 2026, Including The Design, Installation Of Decorations, Connection To The City Network, Maintaining The Decorations In Operation During Throughout The Period, The Dismantling Of The Decorations As Well As Their Storage After The End-Of-Year Holidays, Separately For 2024, 2025 And 2026
Installation, Connection To The City Network, Maintenance And Storage Of New Decorations (See List In Appendix 1 Of The Special Specifications) As Well As The Dismantling Of These After The End Of Year Celebrations 2024, 2025 And 2026. This Project Consists Of Decorating The Streets And Shopping Squares (Lot 1), But Also The Design Of Other Monumental Light Decorations (Lot 2) Which Will Be Installed In Different Strategic Locations In The Municipal Territory. The Services Forming The Subject Of This Contract Are Described In Part B. Relating To The Technical Clauses In The Special Specifications Which Govern This Contract. Each Lot Is Structured Into Three Distinct Tranches, The First Of Which Is Firm And The Other Two Conditional. The First Tranche Of Each Lot Relating To The Design Of The 2024 End-Of-Year Holiday Lighting Project Is Firm. The Two Conditional Tranches Concern The End-Of-Year Holidays Of 2025 And 2026. Under Penalty Of Nullity Of Its Offer, The Bidder Is Obliged To Commit To The Firm Tranche And The Conditional Tranches. The Contracting Authority Only Commits To The Firm Tranche. Tranches 2 And 3 Are Conditional. They Are Conditional On The City Obtaining The Financial Means Necessary For The Municipal Budget For The Years 2025 And 2026. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Order The Conditional Installments And The Successful Supplier Will Not Be Able To Claim Any Compensation. For This Contract, It Follows That The Execution Of Each Of These Installments Is Subject To Notification Of A Separate Order By The Contracting Authority. For Tranches 2 And 3, They Will Be Ordered By Registered Mail At Least Three Months Before The Start Date Of The Services. Each Order Notification Will Be Accompanied By An Accurate And Detailed Inventory Of The Order. Indeed, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Order The Entire Inventory Listed In Annex 1 Of The Special Specifications Governing The Market Or To Move Them, In Particular, Depending On Unforeseeable Work.
