Etc. Are Not Covered By This Agreement. Microsoft Licenses, Oracle, Sap Are Not Covered By This Agreement. Businesses Will Be Free To Conduct Separate Competitions For Software Where They Consider That The Scope Is So Large Or Complex That It Warrants A Separate Competition.
