The Purpose Of The Tender Request Is To Establish A Framework Agreement For Software Licenses For The Distribution Of Software Including Advice, Assistance And Support. A Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With A Dealer. It Is Stated That Certain Clients May Have Their Own Overlapping Agreements On Consultancy Services. It Is Further Specified That The Acquisition Of Business Systems Such As Financial Systems, Personnel Systems, Logistics Systems And Service-Heavy Applications Within Teaching (Lms, Digital Exams, Etc.) Etc. Are Not Covered By This Agreement. Microsoft Licenses, Oracle, Sap Are Not Covered By This Agreement. Businesses Will Be Free To Conduct Separate Competitions For Software Where They Consider That The Scope Is So Large Or Complex That It Warrants A Separate Competition. A More Detailed Description Of The Delivery Follows From The Requirements Specification In Addition To The Contract.
