The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In Particular In The Renovation Of The Structure Of The Town Hall Tower In Trzebiat w, Taking Into Account The Following Procedures: - Combating The Infestation Of Fungi And Technical Insects - Wood Pests Through Impregnation Using A Specialized Preparation Intended For This Purpose; - Repair Of Defects In Elements (Reconstruction Original Length And Cross-Sections Of Elements); - Repair Of Existing Damaged Elements, Restoring Their Original Form And Function; - Removal Of Structures And Elements Added During Renovation In 1994-1996; - Straightening Of The Structural Frame With Vertical Alignment Of Columns; - Protection Of The Structure Against Degradation As A Result Of Infection By Fungi And Technical Insects, Wood Pests; - Protection Against Fire; - Other Treatments Provided For In The Conservation And Restoration Work Program - In Accordance With The Documentation Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Carrying Out Conservation, Restoration And Construction Works At The Town Hall Tower In Trzebiat w Is Aimed At: - Eliminating The Threat To Public Safety, - Interrupting The Degradation Process, - Technically Securing The Building Using Measures That Guarantee Full And Long-Term Safety Of The Original Structural System, While Maintaining The Maximum Condition The Degree Of Preservation Of The Original Substance, - Removing The Causes Of Weakening And Destruction Of The Historic Material, Such As: Moisture, Mechanical Damage, Microorganisms, - Making The Building And Material Structure Resistant To Decapitalization For A Period Of 20-50 Years, - Restoring The Aesthetic Values Of The Monument To A Degree Similar To The Original One Its Appearance - And Unification Of Artistic Features Acceptable From The Conservation Point Of View.4. Brief Description Of The Facility: The Tower Was Made Of A Wooden, Post-And-Beam Structure, With Mostly Unfilled Inter-Beam Fields, Reinforced With Numerous Struts. It Has Three Floors With Different Forms And Coverings. The Structure Was Built Of Coniferous Wood Joined In A Traditional Way With Carpentry Joints And Wooden Dowels. During Renovation In The 1990S, The Core Of The Tower Was Supported In The Lower Part By A Steel Structure Placed Under The Ceiling Beams Above The First Floor. The Clock Storey Was Stabilized Using An Extensive Wooden Frame, Supported By The Central Beams Of The Clock Storey. The Octagonal Lantern Of The Tower Was Made As An Openwork Structure In A Self-Supporting Post-And-Beam Structure With A Circular Roof Truss. The Lower Floor Of The Tower Was Covered With Acute-Angular Basalt Slate Laid On A Membrane. The Central Part Was Boarded With Vertical Formwork Made Of Coniferous Wood, Tongue-And-Groove And Secured With A Strip. The Upper Floor Is Openwork. The Covering Of The Dome Of The Turret, The Roof Between The Second And Third Storeys And The Terrace Around The Second Storey Is Made Of Lay-Seam Copper. The Eaves Of The Helmet, The Tent Roof Between The Second And Third Floors And The Terrace Covering Were Supported By Profiled Wooden Cornices. Wooden Elements Are Protected With A Decorative And Protective Layer (Oil Or Acrylic) In The Following Colors: Off-White, Ochre And Turquoise.5. The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex 7 To The Swz And Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party Included In The Order Documents.
