The Contractor, With Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense, Is Obliged To: A) Accept The Construction Site And Secure It; B) Arrange And Develop The Construction Site And Organize Construction Facilities; C) Provide Civil Liability Insurance For Damages That May Occur During The Implementation Of The Project. The Contractor Provides A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract.8.
