The Investment Will Involve The Reconstruction Of The Attic And Roof Of The Sosw Building In Wschowa At Ul. Reymonta 1 Along With Land Development.1. General Description: The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction Of The Roof And Attic Of The Building Of The Special Educational And Educational Center. Janusz Korczak At Ul. Reymonta 1 In Wschowa Along With Land Development. The Building Was Erected At The Beginning Of The 20Th Century And Served As An Agricultural School Until World War Ii. The Building Was Built On A Rectangular Plan With Wings In The Shape Of The Letter C, Made Of Solid Ceramic Bricks In Traditional Technology, Three-Story, Basement, With An Attic. The Buildings Roof Over The Main Road Is Gabled, With An Angle Of Inclination Of 60 Degrees, And In Parts Above The Eastern And Western Wings, Gabled With An Angle Of Inclination Of 43 Degrees, With Mansard Elements With An Angle Of Approx. 80 Degrees, Historically Covered With Wavy Lap Ceramic Roof Tiles, Brick-Colored, Laid On Lime Mortar. Above The Cloister Of The Main Entrance There Is A Rafter Roof With An Angle Of Approximately 30°, Covered With Ceramic Plain Tiles Laid On Lime Mortar In A Double Lacing Pattern (Probably The Covering Of This Element Was Made Later). Both The Lap Tiles And Plain Tiles Are In Poor Technical Condition, The Roof Tiles Are Deeply Dirty, Have Defects And Dents, Cracks And Scratches, And There Are Numerous Gaps And Leaks Visible From The Attic, Through Which Water Gets Into The Buildings Rooms During Rainfall. The Main Structure Of The Roof Truss Is Wooden In A Purlin-And-Tick System. Rafters Measuring 12X15 Cm With An Axial Spacing Of 80 Cm Are Placed At The Base (In The Eaves) On Walls Measuring 15X20 Cm. The Purlin And Pincer Trusses Were Stiffened Transversely With Double Pincers Measuring 2X5x10 Cm And 2X7x16 Cm. All Purlin And Pincer Structures Are Stiffened Longitudinally With Purlins Measuring 15X20 Cm Based On Columns Measuring 15X20 Cm Mounted In The Base On Ground Beams Measuring 15X12 Cm. Additional Longitudinal Bracing Of The Truss Is Provided By Struts And Daggers. The Main Structural Elements Are In Very Good Technical Condition And Only Require Cleaning And Impregnation. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Also Planned To Renovate And Recreate The Existing Hardened Internal Squares And Asphalt Sidewalks Around The Sosw Building. 2. Scope Of Works Covered By The Order: - Replacement Of The Existing Roof Covering With A New, Corrugated, Brick-Colored Ceramic Lap Tile With The Shape And Dimensions Corresponding To The Historical Roof Tiles. In Accordance With The Decision Of The Lubuskie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Zielona Góra Of February 8, 2024. Before Starting Roof Renovation, The Properties And Condition Of The Historic Roof Tiles Should Be Examined. The Research Results Should Be Presented To The Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments Before The Work Begins. If Poor Physical And Mechanical Parameters Of Historic Roof Tiles Are Found, A Roof Tile With The Same Appearance And Parameters As The Original Roof Tile Currently On The Buildings Roof Should Be Used, And The Original Roof Tile In Good Condition Should Be Removed And Secured For Use In Future Renovations.
