The Subject Of The Order Includes 2 Stages Of Investment Implementation: Stage 1: Execution, Development Of Appropriate Technical (Design) Documentation Which Is To Correspond To The Recommendations Of The Functional And Utility Program And Be Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Stage 2: Execution Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Submission Of As-Built Documentation, Obtained Building Permits, Conservation Permits And Other Opinions Required Under The Law. 1.4.2 Stage 1: Preparation Of The Necessary Design And Executive Documentation Along With Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions , Permits 1) Before Starting Work, The Contractor Will Obtain And Verify The Initial Design Data Prepared By The Ordering Party, And Will Perform, At His Own Expense, All Additional Tests And Analyzes Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Contractors Documents, In Particular The Technical Design. 2) Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Which Is To Correspond To The Orders Of The Functional And Utility Program.3) The Completed Design Documentation Is Subject To Ongoing Consultation With The Investor And Approval By The Investor. 4) Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions, Including The Permit Of The Opole Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, Permit For Construction Works From The Starosta Of Namysłów. 5) Obtaining The Required Agreements, Decisions And Opinions Required By Separate Regulations. It Should Be Noted That The Cemetery Where The Investment Will Be Carried Out Is Under Conservation Protection Based On Entry In The Municipal Register Of Monuments And The Provincial Register Of Monuments Under No. 288/92. Therefore, In Accordance With Art. 36 Of The Act Of July 23 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 840, As Amended), It Is Required To Obtain A Permit From The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works On The Monument.6) Development Of Specifications Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities.7) Preparation Of Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, If Its Preparation Is Required Under Separate Regulations.8) Obtaining The Necessary Map Bases Needed To Carry Out The Task.9) Acting On Behalf Of The Investor On Own Expense (Fees), To Obtain All Formal And Legal Documents Necessary To Complete The Scope Of The Investment; 10) Notifying The Ordering Party About Detecting Errors Or Omissions In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections, Without The Possibility Of Using Them During The Execution Of The Order. 11) Other Necessary Data For The Proper Execution Of The Contractors Documents And Subsequent Implementation Of The Works: Materials, Expertise, Analyses, Studies And Research; 12) Construction Design Developed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design Of August 10, 2022 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679) And In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Decision On Environmental Conditions;13) Other Studies Necessary To Obtain A Construction Permit Or Submit A Notification Construction Works, Including Conservation Permits And Other Necessary 14) Detailed Designs In Individual Industries Constituting A Detail Of The Construction Design For The Purposes Of Execution; 15) Design Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law And Include The Scope Of The Notification Of Construction Works Or A Building Permit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Design Documentation For The Works Covered By This Order By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Construction Licenses, Including Obtaining All Necessary Permits And Decisions, If Required.16) Safety And Health Protection Plan;17) Performing Authors Supervision 18) Transfer Of Economic Copyrights To The Documentation.19) At The Stage Of Developing Design Documentation, The Contractor Must Obtain All Consents From The Ordering Party Regarding The Selection Of Materials And Design, For This Purpose The Ordering Party Should Be Provided With: Ce Declaration Of Performance Issued By The Manufacturer, Technical Approval For The Built-In Materials, Declaration Of Properties Utility1.4.4 Stage 2: The Scope Of This Stage Includes: Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party And Obtained Permits And Opinions: 1) Construction Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation From Stage I, Permits, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Obtained. 2) Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roofs Of The Funeral Chapel And The Bell Tower Located In The Municipal Cemetery In Zieleniec3) The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: A) Dismantling The Existing Roof Covering Made Of Tiles And Tar Paper And Installing A New One B) Replacing Rotten Elements Of The Roof Truss And Strengthening The Damaged Elements Wooden;C) Carrying Out Sheet Metal Work, As Well As Replacing Damaged Gutter Elements;D) Dismantling Downpipes, Gutters, Sheet Metal Work, Roof Truss Elementse) Supplementing External Plasters F) Impregnation Of Wooden Elements G) Replacing Roof Structural Elementsh) Strengthening Rafters I) Fastening Roof Membrane J) Installation Of Counter-Battens) Roof Covering 4) Securing The Construction Site And Communication Routes, Due To The Fact That There Are Graves Near The Chapel And The Bell Tower, Special Caution Is Required When Carrying Out Construction Works5) All Construction And Assembly Works Should Be Be Performed In Compliance With Environmental Protection Conditions, Under The Direction And Supervision Of An Authorized Person, Observing Occupational Health And Safety Rules And Regulations As Well As Technical Conditions And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
