It is anticipated that an RFQ will be issued via the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) on or before 12 April 2024. AT is seeking to source a consultant, or consortia, who can deliver multi-disciplinary Services including (but not limited to): a. Lead Advisory. c. Outcome analysis. d. Financial and economic assessments. e. Technical Specifications. f. Investment analysis. g. Communications & engagement support. Please note that potential participants in the RFQ process may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving RFQ documents and prior to attending any planned Supplier Briefing.
