The full project includes roofing replacement and remedial works, electrical, heating, and plumbing replacement and remedial works throughout the school across multiple blocks. The project also includes works to the existing student carpark and some structural works with the replacement of the Block F stairs and an existing canopy. The outcome sought is to ensure that the existing buildings and blocks are well maintained while also addressing lifecycle replacement items to ensure the teaching spaces are up to date and fit for learning purposes.
