Construction Supervision Services – Supervision Of Works On Wastewater Management System Improvement In The Municipality Of Mojkovac. Scope Of This Procurement Includes Supervision Of Works As A Fidic Engineer In Accordance With The Fidic Conditions Of Contract For Construction Of A Wastewater Transmission System And For Design And Reconstruction Of A Wwtp, Including Pre-Construction Activities, Design Review Activities, Construction Activities And Post-Construction Activities. The Indicative Scope Of Works Covers The Construction Of Sewerage Network Consisting Of The Following Elements: Section 1: Sewerage Network - Separation Of Storm Water And Sewerage Networks In City Centre For A Length Of 2,060 M - Construction Of Sewerage Network In Settlements Ambarine, Juškovića Potok And Podbišće In Total Length Of 7.99 Km. Section 2: Rehabilitation Of Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitated And Upgraded Wwtp In Proper Operation. The Wwtp Shall Be Designed For Two Phases, With An Ultimate Capacity Being 7300 Pe And Phase I As 5250 Pe. The Effluent Capacity Will Be Increased From 580 M3/D To 1178 M3/D. Rehabilitation Works Will Cover Phase I (5250 Pe). The Supervision Of Works Shall Be Implemented In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Montenegrin Legislation And Relevant Eu And Eib Requirements. The Consultant Must Particularly Consider Licencing And Permits Requirements In The Law On Planning And Construction Of Structures In Montenegro, In Force
