Tenders Are Invited For Award Of A Public Service Contract For Advice On Setting Up A Risk Management System For The Ministry Of The German-Speaking Community

This Public Contract Deals With The Implementation And Development Of A Permanent Risk Management System For The Public Service (Ministry, Employment Office, Services For Independent Living And Media Center). In A First Phase, An Assessment Of The Existing Aspects Of A Risk Management System And Their Gaps Should Be Identified. After This Inventory Of The Possible Risk Gaps, An Implementation Plan Will Be Drawn Up In A Second Phase. This Includes Concrete Measures To Deal With Risks And Incidents That The Public Service May Be Exposed To. After Both Phases Have Been Completed, An Applicable Risk Management System With Appropriate Documentation Should Be Implemented.
