Bids Are Invited For Rfp/Con/Doa/2403-1240267/Parking Decks Reconstruction And Expansion Construction

The Department Of Aviation (Doa) Intends To Procure Construction Management At Risk (Cmar) Services For One (1) Construction Firm. The Construction Firm Shall Be Procured To Provide Construction Services For Doa Parking Decks Reconstruction And Replacement. Under This Scope Is The Demolition Of The Existing South Domestic Terminal Parking Deck, Delta Dash And South Parking Offices And Complete Construction Of The Replacement South Deck Phase 2 Project. Also, Included Is The Potential Expansion And/Or A New International Park And Ride Deck And Any Further Identified Construction Repairs And/Or New Parking Decks. The Cmar Services Performed Under This Contract Shall Include, But Not Limited To, Preconstruction Services, To Included, Estimating Support Of Design; Scope Of Construction Management Services To Included Primavera Schedule Of Activities, Schedule Of Values, And Demolition Of Existing Structures.
