1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Servicing Antenna Installations Of Radio Communication Networks In The Greater Poland Voivodeship.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Service And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With At Least: 12-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of The Acceptance Report Of A Properly Completed Order.4. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Performance Of At Least 60% Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Any Damage Occurring On The Site Of The Work Being Performed And/Or In Connection With The Work, Including, Among Others: Damage/Destruction Of External Installations, Etc. If Any Damage Occurs Due To The Contractors Fault, He Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party And Repair The Damage At His Own Expense And On His Own Responsibility.6. The Scope Of Work Required By The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out By The Contractor With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Standards, Instructions For Devices And Accessories. 7. Before Starting The Work, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A List Of Employees Performing The Subject Of The Order, Authorized To Work At A Height Above 3 M. The Contractor Is Obliged To Update The List Of Employees On An Ongoing Basis In The Event Of Any Changes In Employment.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree Each Time With The Ordering Party The Date Of Completion Of Works At Each Location And The Estimated Number Of Man-Hours.9. The Ordering Party Provides For The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law And Defines Them, Pursuant To Art. 281 Section 2 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing The Service Are Employed Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor
