The Site Supervision / Management Services Will Supervise, Verify, Control, Monitor The Execution Of All Works Related To The Investment Objective Moderate Energy Renovation Of The Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital Building - Stage I. The Purpose Of The Supervision / Management Services Is To To Provide The Contracting Authority With A Guarantee That The Contractor Who Was Awarded The Contract For The Execution Of Works To Achieve The Investment Objective Will Fulfill All The Responsibilities Assumed By The Contract, Will Comply With All Legal Provisions Regarding Quality In Construction, Regulations And Technical Prescriptions, Specifications, Etc. , Within The Contracted Term. As A Supervisor, The Provider Will Represent The Beneficiary In The Relationship With The State Construction Inspectorate, According To His Obligations Under The Law In Force, For The Execution Works. Also, For The Situations Of Works Accepted For Payment In Quantity, Quality And Value, According To The Normative Acts In Force, The Contractor Will Answer To The Control Bodies Empowered According To The Law In This Regard. Considering Law No. 10/1995, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, As Well As For The Successful Implementation Of The Investment Objective: Moderate Energy Renovation Of The Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital Building - Stage I And The Need To Ensure The Correct Verification Of All Of The Executed Works, The Contracting Authority Acquires Technical Assistance/Supervision/Site Management Services. Thus, The Monitoring Of The Execution Of The Works, Under Legal Conditions, Is The Responsibility Of The Site Manager, He Is The Representative Of The Investor/Beneficiary, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Order No. 1496/2011, With Subsequent Additions And Amendments, Regarding The Approval Of The Authorization Procedure For Construction Site Managers, Issued By The Ministry Of Regional Development And Tourism. The Site Manager Has The Obligation To Comply With The Obligations And Responsibilities Stipulated In The Order Mentioned Above.
