Work Detail
International Payment Transfer Services – 10-Vst-E-2023. Any Suitable Fuel Card Issuer (Hereinafter Tk Issuer) Can Conclude An Acceptance Contract With The Client. The Tk Issuer Is Suitable If It Meets The Approval Criteria Specified By The Client (See Section Iii). There Is No Further Selection Decision Based On Price And/Or Performance And/Or Quality Competition. You Can Apply For Admission At Any Time. The Contract Regulates The Acceptance Of Authentication Objects From Tk Issuers In The Form Of Fuel Cards, Which Enable Payments And Services In Limited Networks Or With A Limited Product Range Related To Vehicles. The Payment Services Supervision Act (Zag) And The Associated Leaflet Point Out The Exception For Payment Instruments In A Limited Range, Which Also Includes Fuel Cards. Should The Clients Area Of ​​Responsibility Expand In The Future, With The Result That Further Claims Arise, These Should Also Be Covered By The Above. Catalog Of Demands Must Be Included. In Particular, The Collection Of Claims From The Subsequent Collection Of Toll Fees (Section 8 Bfstrmg) And From Fine Proceedings Are Not Part Of The Approval Process. The Tk Issuer Provides Customers With The Option Of Making Payments For The Above-Mentioned Claims Using Fuel Cards And, After A Confirmed Liability Request, Guarantees That The Corresponding Amount Of Money Will Be Paid To The Client When Making Payments With These Cards. The Tk Issuer Has To Provide The Following Services In Particular: - The Tk Issuer Provides Fuel Card Users/Toll Debtors With The Opportunity To Pay Tolls Using The Fuel Card And Guarantees Payment With This Card
