The Tenderer Must Take Care Of The Fulfillment Of The Overall Orthodontic Task, Which Is The Responsibility Of Roskilde Municipality For Approx. 50 Patients, Including The Entire Treatment Course Incl. Emergency Treatment And Retention. The Tender Is Divided Into Different Partial Agreements Depending On The Tenderers Capacity. Roskilde Municipality Expects To Enter Into 1-5 Partial Agreements, Where Each Partial Agreement Will Consist Of: Carrying Out Orthodontic Treatment Of 10 Patients. Expected Turnover Dkk 400,000 Per Partial Agreement/10 Patients. Offers Can Be Submitted For One Or More Partial Agreements. For Each Partial Agreement, The Customer Intends To Enter Into A Contract With One Supplier. Delivery Of Orthodontics Must Be Carried Out Within An Appropriate Distance For Public Transport, And Without Inappropriate Costs, Such As Bridge Tolls Etc. Based On This, The Tenderers Clinic, Where The Orthodontic Treatment Is Carried Out, Must Be Located A Maximum Of 75 Km. From The Municipalitys Orthodontics, St nder Torvet 1B, Roskilde. The Sub-Agreements Thus Include The Execution Of Orthodontic Treatment For Approximately 50 Children And Young People Under The Age Of 18 Or 22 Years (For Year 2004 Onwards), Who Have Been Searched By Roskilde Municipal Dentistrys Orthodontic Department. The Child/Young Person Is Examined For Treatment If They Are Assessed To Be Covered By The National Board Of Healths Guidelines For Requirements For Orthodontics, Cf. The Health Act. Orthodontics In Roskilde Municipality Has Had A Waiting Period For Orthodontics For A Period Of Time, And New Patients Have Therefore Not Started. It Is This Group Of Patients That Roskilde Municipality Sends Out To Tender. The Supplier Undertakes To Carry Out The Orthodontic Treatment At The Given Price For The Referred Children/Young People, Regardless Of The Duration Of The Treatment.
