In The Vision Of The Walloon Strategy For Long-Term Energy Renovation Of Buildings (Swrlt) And Thanks To The Support Of Wallonia Via The Pollec 2021 Call For Projects, The Bep, In A Supra-Municipal Vision, Will Implement Real Estate Strategies For 5 Municipalities (Eghez e, Fernelmont, Florennes, Havelange And Somme-Leuze). At The Same Time, The Bep Group Also Wants To Adopt Such A Strategy For Its Own Assets. The Aim Of These Different Real Estate Strategies Is Firstly To Identify The Best Solutions In Order To Reduce Consumption (Optimization, Insulation, Grouping Of Uses, Etc.), While Respecting A Coherent Life Cycle Of Buildings In Terms Of Co2 And Then To Decarbonize Residual Consumption. Each Strategy Must Make It Possible To Provide The Different Structures, Starting From The Inventory Of Its Assets And Based On The Study Of Present And Future Needs, A Clear Operational Vision On The Extent Of The Choices And Work To Be Carried Out To Achieve A Carbon-Neutral Public Heritage By 2035-2040. These Strategies Require Monitoring Of The Consumption Of The Heritage Of Each Institution. This Monitoring And Energy Accounting Are The Subject Of This Contract, The Technical Requirements And Needs Of Which Will Be Described In The Technical Clauses.
