Construction-Site Supervision Services - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works At A Site: Youth Center In Upi Ii, Quarter 122 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Pomorie. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Construction Supervision In Connection With The Implementation Of An Object: Youth Center In Upi Ii, Quarter 122 According To The Plan Of The Town Of Pomorie. With The Implementation Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut, The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Will Be Ensured For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works On The Site. The Activity Will Be Outsourced To An External Contractor, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Public Procurement And The Applicable Regulations, Including The Implementation Of Construction Supervision In Accordance With The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). It Aims To Carry Out Construction Supervision, According To The Requirements Of The Current Legislation; To Monitor The Quality Implementation Of The Planned Smps; Enhanced Control Over The Implementation Of Safe And Healthy Working Conditions. According To Zut, During The Execution Of The Smr On The Project, It Is Obligatory To Provide For Independent Construction Supervision, Carried Out By A Licensed Consultant. This Activity Consists Of: - Preparing A Protocol For Opening The Construction Site And Determining The Construction Lines And Levels; - Monitoring Of Safe And Healthy Working Conditions, Traffic Safety, Protection Of Neighboring Buildings, Networks And Facilities In The Properties, Which Are Preserved During Construction And After It; - Preparation And Certification Of An Order Book For The Construction; - Compilation Of Acts And Protocols According To Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003; - Monitoring The Quality Of Input Materials; - Monitoring The Quality And Quantity Of The Performed Smrs.
