We Are Seeking A Centralised Electronic Information Management Solution For Disability Support Service Delivery To Replace The Current Fragmented And Heavily Paper-Reliant System. There Are Numerous Inherent Risks In The Current Paper-Based Records, Many Of Which Place The Service At Odds With Contemporary Disability Support Best Practice. The Solution Will Support All Interactions Between Live Life Disability Support Staff And The People They Support (Including The Prompting Of Staff To Take Key Actions, E.G.: Medication, Appointments, Etc) In A Single Fully Integrated Solution. As We Have A Distributed Workforce, The Solution Needs To Be Cloud-Based With Security And Privacy Controls That Meet Best Practice Standards. The Solutions Needs To Be Intuitive, Easily Navigated And Allow Uncomplicated Data Entry.
