The Hofplein Must Become A Link To Improve The Quality Of The City Center, By Offering A Better Quality Of Stay, Making The Environment More High-Quality For Visitors, Residents And Office Users. Hofplein Is An Important Access To The Core Shopping Area And Is Located In The Middle Of The Citys Main Office Area And Fits In With The Ambition To Establish (International) Head Offices In The Central Business District. A Better Hofplein Also Ensures A More Attractive Tourist Climate, Especially If The Relationship Is Made With The Hofboogs, The Westblaak And The Schouwburgplein. The Development Of The New Hofplein Also Contributes To The Economic Development Of The City Center And The Consolidation Of The Local Job Engine.
