1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Upper Part Of The Water Tower In Złotów, Consisting Of The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Dome Of The Water Tower.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 2.1 Demolition Works (Demolition Of The Lower Eaves, Demolition Of The Walls And Vault Of The Lower Part Of The Dome, Demolition Of Loose Elements Of The Cornice And The Five Upper Facade Layers, Demolition Of The Klein Ceiling Together With Steel Beams). 2.2 Reconstruction And Strengthening Of The Elements. Structure Of The Lower Part Of The Dome, Including The Assembly Ring And Steel Structure.2.3 Wall Casing Made Of Hpl Panels With Increased Fire Resistance.2.4 Vault Sheathing Made Of Prefabricated Elements. Prefabricated Panels Attached From The Inside To A Steel Grid. Platform Made Of 20 Mm Thick Balcony Hpl Boards. Alternatively, There Are Hpl Boards With Increased Fire Resistance On The Bottom. 2.5 The Viewing Platform Is Lowered To Allow For Free Viewing. A Viewing Platform Made Of 5 Mm Thick Checkered Sheet Metal Placed On The Steel Supporting Structure Of The Lower Part Of The Dome. 2.6 Aluminum Window Joinery. Tempered Safety Glass. 2.7 Installation Of Two Metal Ladders Along With Increasing The Dimensions Of Access And Escape Openings. 2.8 The Ceiling And Supporting Structure To Support The Archway To The Dome Should Be Made Of A Grid With Heb180 I-Beam Brackets. Install The Heb 180 I-Beam Perpendicularly On The Face Of The Stair Opening. The Grid Made In This Way Will Also Support The Reinforced Concrete Ceiling And Enable The Installation Of Brackets Outside The Round Shaft Of The Bracket Tower For Temporary Scaffolding For The Duration Of Any Future Renovation Works. The Klein Ceiling Made Of Ceramic Bricks Should Be Opened From The Bottom. 2.9 Sheet Metal Flashings Of The Eaves, Window Frames And Cornice Made Of Copper Sheet. 2.10 Cornice Of The Crown Of The Shaft Made Of Brick And Five Layers Below, Level +29.39, To Be Reconstructed With Full Ceramic Bricks On Cement Mortar. 2.11 Replacement Of The Ring With A Stronger One At Level +27.48, To Be Determined During The Works.2.12 External And Internal Ladder And Steel Tank Platform Made Of S235.2.13 Steel Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Existing Steel Structural Elements And Newly Designed Ones. 2.14 Renovation And Renovation Of Elements Of The Tanks Technological Installations - Cleaning And Anti-Corrosion Protection. Replacing Rusty Handles With New Ones.3.
