The Subject Of The Order Is Conservation And Modernization Work On The Monument And Its Surroundings. The Monument Was Created In 1981; Is A Place Commemorating Those Murdered And Victims Of World War Ii. The Facility Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments. The Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Conservation Work On The Monument - Concrete And Cement Surfaces, Including: A) Cleaning The Surface Of The Monument From Dirt, False Patina, Microorganisms Such As Algae, Mosses And Lichens, Removal Of Corrosion Centers And Secondary Layers Of Repainting; B) Desalination, Disinfection And Disinfestation Treatments; C) Mechanical Removal Of Movable And Heavily Cracked Concrete Fragments Of The Monuments Structure; D) Cleaning Of Exposed Metal Reinforcing Bars By Removing Corrosion Centers And Degreasing; E) Execution Reconstruction Of Defects; F) Injections In Places Of Cracks; G) Impregnation And Hydrophobization Of The Monuments Surface; H) Color Consolidation Of The Objects Surface; 2) Conservation Works At The Monument - Metal And Stucco Elements. 3) Modernization Of The Stone Surface At The Monument, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Memorial Site, Together With With The Adjacent Green Area.
