The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: 1) Submitting To The Ordering Party, Before The Commencement Of Work, Schedules For The Implementation Of Investment Tasks (Schedules Must Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements Described In Point 4), 2) Formal Takeover Of The Construction Site, 3) Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Installation Elements, If They Cannot Be Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order, 4) Purchase And Delivery To The Construction Site Of Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, 5) Performance Of Installation And Construction Works Provided For In The Tender Documentation In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Schedule Adopted By The Ordering Party, 6) Participation In Commission Acceptance Of Works And In The Final Acceptance Of The Investment.3. Scope Of Investment Activities Under The Subject Of The Order: - Modernization Of Rooms For Sober-Up Persons In The Capital Center For Intoxicated Persons, - Delivery And Installation Of A Roof Over The Entrance To The Building Of The Capital Center For Intoxicated Persons, Where Sober-Up Persons Are Admitted.4 . The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Przearchitekci - Pracownia Projektowa Are Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.5. Any Names Of Manufacturers And Proper Names Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Products Are Used Only To Determine The Parameters Of Quality, Technical And Functional Standards And To Specify The Subject Of The Order, And Not To Select Or Prefer A Specific Manufacturer Or Supplier. 6. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, I.E. Offering Products With Technical And Quality Parameters At Least The Same As The Products Specified In The Using The Manufacturers Name In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order. An Equivalent Offer Is An Item With The Same Or Better Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Meeting The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Trademarks, An Equivalent Offer Is Considered To Be An Offer That Meets The Parameters Of The Individually Indicated Product Range Specified By Its Manufacturer. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Goods He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Must Submit Appropriate Documents Describing The Technical And Quality Parameters, Certificates Required By Law And Other Documents Authorizing The Given Materials (Products) For Use And Allowing It To Be Clearly Stated That They Are Equivalent, Under Pain Of Rejection Of The Offer.
