Bearing In Mind Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Informs That The Evidence In Question Is Subject To Supplementation If It Is Not Submitted Or Is Incomplete.6. Equivalent Solutions.1) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Any Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Provided Such A Description In Order To Determine The Minimum Parameters That Must Be Products To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And They Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Products Provided That The Subject Of The Offer Is Functionally Identical And As Close As Possible To The Sample Products In Terms Of Structure, Size And Materials From Which It Is Made.
