Tenders are invited for Construction of 06-storied Community Hospital with Therapy Center With 6-storied Pile Foundation (WD-01) & Construction of 06-storied Training Center With Dormitory Building with 6-storied pile foundation(WD-02) Eligibility of Tenderer: This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible Tenderer as mentioned below. a. Reputed Construction firms who have minimum 5 years of General experience in building construction works. b. Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1 number of Multistoried Building work of TK 9.00(nine) core for WD-01 & TK 7.75 Core for WD-02 in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government Autonomous body/Public Private Partnership (PPP) Organization/GOB Project Sub-Contract of Bangladesh during last 5 (five ) years. c. A Joint Venture or Consortium firm shall be allowed. d. The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction furnover be best Five years during the last 5 years of TK 11.5 Core only for WD-01 & 10.5 core only for WD-02.. e. Certificate for Bank Credit Limit TK. 3.00 Crore for WD-01 & TK 2.60 Core as Liquid Asset. f. Valid TIN/VAT and TAX Payment Certificate. g. Construction Firms having enlisted with PWD/LGED & Electrification Board ABC License. h. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of Tender Documents.
