Note that the timings of these procurement processes are subject to change. The Ministry undertakes a staged investment process where all projects go through a rigorous testing of their prioritisation and position within its Capital Investment programmes prior to tender. The Capital Works forward project pipeline aims to give our Construction Directory suppliers indicative timings of anticipated construction tenders over $500,000. It covers projects forecast to be released in the next 12-60 months and includes tenders in progress and awarded contracts. As each projects business case gains approval, well indicate its expected value in our pipeline.
