The contract also comprises of electrical reticulation improvements that will see socket outlets and distribution board renewal. Compliance requirements associated with the roof replacement will necessitate the need to provide new fall arrest anchors and ladder brackets. All heat pump units currently sited on the flat roofs will be relocated to the ground and have steel protective cages fitted.
