The Supplier Who Won The Competition Will Have To Implement The Following Tasks: 1. Assess To What Extent The Policy Goals, Priorities, Special Priorities, And Specific Tasks Of The 2021-2027 European Union Investment Program (Hereinafter - Ip) Meet The Development Needs Of Lithuania. 2. To Evaluate The Effectiveness And Expected Impact Of The Use Of Eu Investments In Order To Achieve The Objectives Of The Ip Policy (Priority, Special Priority, Specific Task, At The Regional Level (Ip Capital, Central And Western Lithuania Region)). 3. To Evaluate The System Of Monitoring Indicators Measuring Ip Implementation - Their Compliance With The Logic Of Interventions, Taking Into Account The Progress Of Ip Implementation And Changes In The Socioeconomic Environment. 4. Examine The Ip According To The Elements Specified In Article 18, Paragraph 1 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/1060 And Prepare A Draft Of The Mid-Term Review Report Of The Ip.
