Expression of Interest For Technical Consultant - Kosovo Wind

Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Consultant - Kosovo Wind The International Finance Corporation ("IFC") has been approached by the Government of Kosovo (GoK) to assist them in attracting private sector investment for wind generation projects, including the design, financing, construction, and operation of a wind power plant(s) of up to 150MW of capacity (the Project). The Project is envisaged to be prepared and auctioned in two implementation rounds of 75MW each. The auctions will be non-site specific. IFC seeks to hire a technical engineering consultancy firm to support IFC with all technical and engineering aspects related to the structuring and implementation of the auctions in compliance with international standards, local standards and good industry practice, including but not limited to: (i) Developing the technical specifications and other technical input required for the relevant tender documents request for prequalification, request for proposals; (ii) technical input into the project agreements; and (iii) support in the tender management answering technical questions and input during bid evaluations and technical alignment.
