The City Of Jyväskylä Tenders The Group And Course Activities For Children And Young People And Families Implemented By Sports Services As Purchase Services (Harrastaminen Model). Liikuntapalvelui Has Overall Coordination Responsibility For The Sports Group And Course Activities For Children, Young People And Families Produced By The City, As Well As For The Organization Of The Group Activities Of The Jyväskylä Hobby Model Aimed At 1St-9Th Graders. The Purpose Of The Competition Is To Find Service Providers To Carry Out Activities As Part Of This Entity. Activities Related To The Hobby Model (Culture And Sports) Take Place On Weekdays Either Before The School Day Starts Or After The School Day. The Activity Usually Ends By 5:00 P.M. Physical Activity Outside The Hobby Model Is Carried Out On Weekdays, As A Rule, After 5:00 P.M. Or On Weekends. Activities Related To The Hobby Model Are Organized At Or Near Schools In The City Of Jyväskylä. Due To The Limitations Of School Facilities, Activities Can Also Be Organized In Other Suitable Hobby Facilities In The Vicinity. Activities Outside The Hobby Model Will Be Organized In Different Parts Of Jyväskylä In Facilities Suitable For The Planned Activity. The City Of Jyväskylä Will Tender For The Organization Of Hobby Activities Aimed At Children And Young People For The Period September 2024 - December 2028 As Part Of The Finnish Model Of Hobbies Project. Several Calls For Tenders Will Be Published During This Period. Tenders Are Carried Out Within The Framework Of The Dynamic Procurement System That Is Now Being Established. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Two-Phased. In The First Step, In The Dynamic Procurement System, You Register As Into The System And It Checks The Candidates Suitability And In The Second Step, Candidates Can Submit Bids For Tenders That Are Organized Within The Dps System. All Suppliers Who Meet The Eligibility And Minimum Requirements Are Selected To Join The Dps. The Procurement System Includes Three Separate Areas: 1) Sports Hobby Activities, 2) Art, Culture And Other Hobby Activities, 3) Hobby Activities Aimed At Those In Need Of Special Support.
