The City Of Sastamala Will Purchase An Appointment Booking And Video Conferencing System For The Western Employment Area Of Pirkanmaa For The Daily Use Of Employment Services Staff And Customers. The Appointment Booking And Video Conferencing System Must Be A Modern, Data-Secure Cloud Service Solution, The Supplier Of Which Is Responsible For The Overall Architecture And Continuous Service (Support And Maintenance). The City Of Sastamala Does Not Offer, For Example, Its Own Virtual Data Center Solution As A Platform For The System Entity. The Commissioning Schedule Must Be September 2024 At The Latest, So That The System Entity Has Been Tested Before The Requested Date And Has Been Approved Until The Production Commissioning Phase. The Actual Implementation Of The System As A Whole Will Begin On January 1, 2025. The Solution Will Be Used By All The Municipalities Of The Western Employment Area Of Pirkanmaa, Which Are Sastamala, Punkalaidun, H meenkyr , Ikaalinen, Kihni And Parkano.
